Klyp Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Klyp on klyp-app.com or the Klyp app on Google Play or the App Store. By using Klyp you agree to them. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

Who can use Klyp

You must be 18 or older to use Klyp.

Your account

You can play without an account. If you sign in, keep your login to yourself and do not use someone else's account or pretend to be someone else.

What you make and share

You own the apps, comments, messages and other things you make on Klyp. By posting them you let Klyp show, share and run them inside Klyp, and let other people play and remix the apps you publish, for as long as they stay on Klyp. Apps made with Klyp's AI can be wrong or surprising: check anything that matters before you rely on it.

What is not allowed

Klyp has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post, publish or send anything that:

• is illegal, or helps someone break the law;
• is sexual or nude, or involves anyone under 18 in any way;
• harasses, bullies, threatens or shames a person;
• attacks people for their religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality, disability or where they come from;
• shows or encourages violence, self-harm or dangerous acts;
• shares someone else's private information, photos or contact details without their permission;
• copies someone else's work, brand or name without the right to use it, or pretends to be them;
• is spam, a scam, or tries to collect passwords or payments;
• tries to break, overload or get around how Klyp works;
• involves betting or real-money games.

Reports and what we do

You can report an app, a play, a comment, a message or a person where Klyp shows a report option, or by writing to us at the address below. We check reports, and we use automated checks, including AI, on comments, names and published apps. We may hide or remove anything that breaks these terms, and limit, suspend or close an account that breaks them, sometimes without warning when the harm is serious. We act on reports within 24 hours.

You can block a person from their profile, a message or one of their plays. Blocking removes their content from your screen straight away, stops them messaging or friending you, and tells us, so we can review what they posted.

Coins

Coins are points inside Klyp that you earn by playing. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything outside Klyp, and we may change how they work.

Leaving Klyp

You can stop using Klyp at any time. To delete your account and your data, follow these steps.

Our service

We work to keep Klyp running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, add or remove features. As far as the law allows, Klyp is not responsible for losses caused by using it, or by things other people post.

Contact and grievances

For questions, reports or complaints, write to our Grievance Officer at info@klyp-app.com. We reply within 15 days.

Changes and law

If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page; using Klyp after that means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
